Too lazy to blog

I haven't blogged for quite a while, i guess i've just been lazy. However, since blogging seems the ideal way to vent your spleen, i guess i'll need to be doing it regularly. On that note, i must add that some guy working for Waterstones got sacked for writing a blog. Apparently the worst he said on it was that his boss wore crap sandals. There's for freedom of speech!

I am gonna start a pet project soon, just not sure what kinda stuff to design. Most of the stuff i've thought about has already been designed much better than i could ever do. However, since i've got into XML stuff, i thought i might as well try and concentrate on cross platform / cross device use. It will in my opinion be the next "in thing". In other words imagine this situation, u update your diary just b4 going into work, and u think shite i forgot to add such and such an event, or perhaps you wish to check what u got at 2. Then what do u do? Do u wait till you arrive at work then check or do u log into your secure online site and check your diary thru wap?

You may be thinking so what, so and so app already does that. But what most dont offer is the simplicity of XML design. In other words all u have as a data storage is an xml tagged doc. This is accessed by the multitude of front ends that you can design for each device or even different users. Furthermore, being XML u have a huge amount of flexibility. n e wayz...i'll leave all this to another blog. I will post my designs up soon.
